During Thyroid Awareness Week, we want you to share your stories about how vitamin and mineral deficiencies and stress affect you.

Post on HealthUnlocked, Facebook and Twitter about the following topics using #ThyroidAwarenessWeek:

  • Sunday 18th October – Your Vitamin D deficiency
  • Monday 19th October – Your vitamin B12 deficiency
  • Tuesday 20th October – Your iron deficiency

If you have had a deficiency in the past please look out for our online community post, Facebook post or Twitter tweet and make a comment.  Your comments might help someone who doesn’t realise they may have a deficiency.

If you have symptoms that aren’t being helped by thyroid medication, go to our social media pages and check what people are saying.  There may well be some good points that will help you.
