The T3 Safety Study: Patient Opt-out Notice for former patients of the late Dr Skinner’s clinic

Researchers in Cardiff University propose to investigate the long-term safety of Liothyronine (T3) using records from the late Dr G Skinner’s clinic. 

The study will use a data linkage approach that will enable researchers to analyse the patient data without knowing the identities of patients. Details of the study and, how patients can opt out of their data being included in the study, can be found in this document.
