Thyroid UK can order Regenerus test kits on your behalf and arrange for them to be sent directly to you. Our order form includes a selection of frequently requested tests, but other tests from the wider Regenerus catalogue can also be ordered.

After Thyroid UK has placed your order, you will receive emails from Omnos confirming the order and inviting you to create a patient account.
You will also receive details of the test price and a link to make payment. Payment is made through the Omnos system and is not taken through the Thyroid UK order form.
Your Omnos account will allow you to follow the progress of your order and securely access your test results when they are ready.
Your kit will include instructions explaining how to collect, package and return your sample. Depending on the test, you may be asked to provide blood, saliva, urine, stool, hair or another type of sample.
Some tests can be completed entirely at home. If your test requires a venous blood sample, you will need to arrange an appointment with a suitable phlebotomy service. The blood draw and any centrifuging required may involve an additional charge.
Some blood samples must be centrifuged shortly after collection. Check the requirements for your test before booking your appointment, as not every phlebotomy service can provide this.
Follow the return instructions supplied with your kit. Where possible, samples should be sent from Monday to Thursday to avoid delays over the weekend. Instructions may differ between tests, so always follow the guidance provided for your particular sample.
Turnaround times vary depending on the test and are usually calculated from the date the laboratory receives your sample. Weekends, bank holidays and transit times may affect when your results become available.
Regenerus will email you when your results are ready. They will be made available securely through your patient portal.

Yes. You can select as many tests as you would like on the order form and also use the additional test fields if you require something that is not shown. If you need help entering a larger order, please email info@thyroiduk.org.
Prices vary depending on the test. The prices displayed on our order form are intended as a guide and may change. If a price needs to be confirmed, we will contact you before placing the order.
You do not pay through the Thyroid UK order form. After we place your order, Regenerus will invite you to sign up to their platform ‘Omnos’ where you will be informed of the total price and a secure link to make payment.
Regenerus will send the kit directly to the delivery address provided on your order form. The kit will include the equipment and instructions required for your particular test.
Only if your chosen test requires a venous blood sample. Some tests use samples that can be collected at home, such as saliva, finger-prick blood, urine or stool. Any test that need a venous blood sample, this is listed on the order form.
Centrifuging is a process used to separate parts of a blood sample before it is sent to the laboratory. Some tests require this to be done shortly after the blood is collected. Any test that need centrifuging, this is listed on the order form. Check with the phlebotomy service before booking, as not every service offers centrifuging and an additional fee may apply.
