We are collecting stories from people who have become well through taking thyroid medication, and from people who are still suffering symptoms of thyroid disease despite taking thyroid medication.

Sharing your story means that we could:

• Put it in the Thyroid UK magazine (we don’t have to use your name in the magazine)
• Collect it for evidence for our campaigning for better treatment (we can anonymise your story)
