Thyroid UK works with Medichecks so that people can access private testing. Medichecks work with accredited laboratories.

“Our mission is to make state-of-the-art laboratory blood testing available to everyone. We’ve harnessed the expertise of the UK’s top pathology laboratories with the latest consumer technology to make 21st Century blood testing a simple, easy-to-use process available for everybody.”

How to order

Simply order your test online, or, if you’d prefer to talk to one of their team call them on 03450 600 600. If you call, remember to tell them you have come from Thyroid UK.

A finger-prick sample collection kit is sent to you or, if you’re worried about taking a finger-prick sample or your test requires it, they can refer you to one of their partner clinics nationwide to have your blood taken or arrange for a nurse to visit you at home.

Post your sample to their accredited laboratory in the pre-paid envelope provided.

Receive your results online on their secure dashboard with doctor’s interpretation included. Don’t have a computer? Don’t worry, just let the team know and they can post your results to you.

Visit www.medichecks.com/thyroid-health or download their brochure to get all the information you need on thyroid conditions and tests in clear, easy-to-understand language.
